Jenn was absolutely fantastic! I was the last offer on a competitive home and she was able to navigate me to close. I’m a numbers guy but she led and also listened. It was a great match and if you need someone to look out for your best interests I’d hire Jenn :). I mean I would again but I already bought a home and have no interest in another but I will say Jenn was great!

Cassy knew what I wanted but she was able to anticipate what I would like. Once we found the right house, she was able to make the offer in a timely manner and had the paperwork to me very fast. She has a certain confidence and finesse that assured me that she has experience and can get the job done. She always checked on me afterwards to make sure I did all the necessary things I needed to do when purchasing a home such as purchasing insurance, contacting the utility companies, taking my paperwork to the city council and transferring the deed to my name. She took all the fear and guesswork out of purchasing a home and I really appreciate that. I have purchased homes before and only Cassy has followed up with me after the closing. I have recommended her to neighbors, friends and family. She is a first rate real estate agent.
