I was referred to Brittney through my friend and mortgage broker, Tim. He spoke highly of Brittney and how she would be able to help me get a house - with concessions - so that I had less to bring to the table in closing. Immediately, Brittney called me and gave me the run down of all the financials I would need to be prepared for to close (inspection fees, EMD, appraisal fee, etc). She said that this would be a relationship where she would have to get to know what I wanted, and that was very true. There were houses that I thought I would like and didn’t and some that were great except the room dimensions. But she kept working at it! Even showing me houses in the rain! After only a couple weeks, I finally found the home I loved, but unfortunately they had accepted another offer right after our showing.
