You can easily tell that Andy cares deeply about his clients best interests, and he does a remarkable job representing them. I never have to worry about a single thing in the real estate process because I know for a fact that Andy does a stellar job advocating for me, and communicating both with the other party in the transaction and with my wife & I. Andy is not the guy who you have to chase down for updates, he is extremely proactive and very communicative. I'd say that I wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again - but I already have and each of my experiences with him have been top notch.
