If you want the complete package for selling a home, call Staci Kowalczyk at Moving the Mitten. Benjamin Franklin said, “If you want something done, ask a busy person.” We were amazed at all the expertise and information that Staci brought to the sale and purchase of our homes. She went over and above to sell our 10-acre property and home. She explained and prepared us for “the home you live in will be different than the home you live in while selling.” Staci is a realtor, marketer, stager, and mortgager all in one. If she does not know something, she knows where to find the answer. We leveraged her experience on several occasions and she brought some real calm when the stress was a lot to handle. When she found a buyer, her Master Certified Negotiations Expert was not just a designation but a benefit. Staci was able to acquire the occupancy that we needed at no additional cost. Who knew you could save money on selling a home? We did! Then when it came time to purchase our new home, it was just as easy. She walked us through the process from selling, buying multiple mortgage companies, inspections and it was all done just as she said. You will always know and feel that she is there for you. I’m so confident of this, that after interviewing other realtors, my parents have asked her to sell their home too. We know she will do it again, and we are very thankful for her help one more time.
