She suggested doing a coming soon process that allow home buyers to review the house online and we had a number of appointments set up for the first day on the market. The video and photos were done very nicely. We received and accepted an offer over asking the second day it was on the market. Robin kept us informed at each step of the process and gave suggestions to help with the sale and as we worked through the steps to the closing. We have worked with Robin and a purchase and a sale of a home in the last 6 years. Both experiences went very smoothly.
