Mike and Mary were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with their years of experience and professionalism which were reflected in everything they did throughout the process. They were very professional in their communication with me as well as with the buyers and their Realitor. It was always very evident they were extremely knowledgable. They worked hard and kept my best interests and concerns in mind and I always appreciated that. I also liked how they were constantly in touch with me so I always knew what was happening. This all helped me put my trust in them for the sale. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I knew who was looking for a Realitor. My experience with them was exceptional. I felt the sale went very smooth because of them.

Mike and Mary have an excellent understanding of the current real estate market. They were very professional and realistic about how to prepare our home for selling and later to the offers we received. Questions we had along the way were handled quickly.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable of the market and neighborhoods. He is an excellent listener, which was demonstrated in only showing us homes that met our desires and criteria. He was always available and willing to help us fine the home that would be the right fit for us. In other words, he was always working FOR us, and not in a high stress, pressured way. He was very patient and assisted us in getting to know the area as we transitioned from KY to MI. He also negotiated the best price for our new home, which went beyond our expectations.
