Eric did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He was able to guide us through our home purchase with his expertise. As a first-time home buyer, it meant a lot to see Eric go the extra mile for us. I'd highly recommend Eric for all potential home buyers (and sellers!)

I decided to purchase a house in Detroit as an investment. Rose took the time to show me numerous houses and explained the pros and cons of each house. Because the houses I looked at had been built in the 1900's, she took the time to explain what the problems were, and was going to be in the future. She took the time to direct us to the appropriate companies that would give us their professional evaluations. She has been in this business for a long time and her vast knowledge and suggestions reflect that. If you are looking for someone of this caliber, then Rose Burns is my strong recommendation!
