Adam was amazing from day one, keeping communication open and never going too long without checking in. He made sure we understood everything we did, and anytime we had questions he didn’t immediately have answers to he would get them quickly, usually within the day. Adam is super knowledgeable, but not overwhelming with the information he gives. He is extremely personable, very professional, and incredibly responsive. We loved every part of working with him while finding our new home, and will 100% be future clients as well.

Adam had in mind what would be best for selling our condominium. And he was right. Impossible to find any issues when the sale is completed after only 2 days on the market. We will always call on Adam for any future real estate transactions.

Working with Adam was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He’s one of the friendliest and most responsive professionals we’ve ever worked with — we never waited on a text or email, and he consistently made us feel supported throughout the entire selling process. We had to relocate out of town the moment our house went on the market, and Adam stepped up in ways that went far beyond the typical responsibilities of a realtor. During a stretch of severe thunderstorms, water unexpectedly entered our basement. Adam immediately took action: he checked on the house, cleaned up the water himself, and connected us with Groundworks so the issue could be properly addressed before buyers toured the home. His initiative and care gave us tremendous peace of mind while managing everything from hundreds of miles away. He continued to go above and beyond all the way through closing. When the buyer’s realtor failed to communicate key information to their lender, Adam didn’t let the process stall. He personally stepped in, coordinated with the buyer’s lender, and kept everything moving so our closing wasn’t delayed. Thanks to his diligence, we were able to move into our new home on schedule. Adam’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine dedication made a stressful, long‑distance sale feel manageable and ultimately successful. We’re deeply grateful for everything he did and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking realtor.A standout realtor who was endlessly responsive, genuinely kind, and consistently went above and beyond to protect our home sale—even from hundreds of miles away.
