Working with Becky to sell our home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She brought a level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care that made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. From our first meeting, Becky took the time to understand our goals and clearly explained each step of the selling process. Her pricing strategy was thoughtful and well-researched, and her marketing approach truly made our home stand out. We were especially impressed by her communication—she kept us informed at every stage, was always quick to respond, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Becky also went above and beyond when it came to negotiations, advocating for us while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with all parties involved. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting the best outcome really showed. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Becky to anyone looking to sell their home. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and truly invested in her clients’ success.

When working with Becky she was very through professional. This was our first time selling a home and she went over everything thoroughly and was always available to reach when we had any questions. She was very patient with us and always made us feel welcome to ask questions. When it came to market knowledge and negotiation her skills are top of the line. Overall we had an amazing experience working with Becky and will be using her again when it comes to our next home endeavor!

Melissa Nesmith was absolutely the best! She deserves 10 stars. Melissa was with us every step of the way. She kept us up to date with everything she was doing to get us the most out of our property. Any time I would think about calling her to ask a question or get an update, she would beat me to it, like she was reading my mind but it is just because she is that good at what she does. She stayed on top of everything. I would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa knew the market and kept us abreast of the process all the way through closing.

We have had the best experience working with Melissa over past year. She is an exceptional person and agent who truly understands what it takes to build a strong relationship with her clients. We trust her completely and look forward to working with her on any future endeavors!

I had a great experience working with Brian throughout the entire home buying process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer questions or explain things when I needed clarification. Brian was dependable from the beginning all the way through closing and made what can be a pretty stressful process feel much more manageable. He was easy to communicate with, stayed on top of everything. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy a home. I’d gladly work with him again in the future.
