Working with Ali Eldirani for over 20 years now and it is still the same professional and organised service provided. He really covers all the bases and anticipates all the needs for a seamless and efficient closing and transition. Every single transaction that Ali handled for me he made me feel like everything is under control, properly handled and always felt like I am getting the best deal possible. Thank you Ali and looking forward to working with you again.

I had the privilege of working with Ali during the purchase of my new commercial property at 45380 W. 10 Mile Road in Novi, Michigan, and I could not be more grateful for the experience. From the very first walkthrough to the final closing appointment, he demonstrated patience, professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care for my goals. Buying a commercial property is never simple—there are moving parts, financial complexities, negotiations, and multiple stakeholders to manage—but he made the entire journey smooth, transparent, and stress-free. What stood out the most was his honest communication and consistent follow-through. He took the time to answer every question, no matter how detailed. He never rushed decisions and always made sure I understood every step clearly. He advocated for my best interest at all times, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. His expertise, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond made this a seamless purchase—one that reflects both smart investment and long-term vision for my business. I would recommend him to anyone searching for not just a realtor, but a knowledgeable partner who cares about helping you make the right decisions. If you are looking for a professional who is patient, honest, dependable, and absolutely committed to your success, he is the person you want by your side. Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe it. This was a 10-star experience.

I listed my home with Ali and he sold it in two days for over asking! He made the process very easy, always answered texts and calls right away, worked late into the night when multiple offers came in, I really could go on and on about the great work he did, he really works hard for his clients. I really would recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell, he has over 30 years experience and looks at every detail. Thank you for making this process so easy for us Ali, we would use you for every real estate transaction in the future!
