I purchased my first home using Chelsea as my realtor. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and diligent. I bought a bank owned home and had to utilize a 203k loan, and she was there to walk me through every step. I don't think the deal would have went through without her following up with the bank and myself at every turn. I will definitely use her on my next real estate purchase. She was great!
