He is so knowledgeable about the best areas and neighborhoods to match your wants and needs. Scott can give you advice about a sagging roof, whether you should expect water in the basement, how to deal with sewer pipe issues, as well as things like furniture placement and paint colors. He also has a slew of fabulous contractors to recommend like painting, wood floors, carpet, plumber, handyman....anything you need! Scott's communication and follow up are unmatched. He truly is the FULL SERVICE realtor. I'm convinced you can't get anyone better! Scott also met us at a showing with a vase of tulips for my mom and me from his garden and came to the inspection of the house with an impressive (and delicious) box of goodies from a local bakery to help us get to know the area. Who doesn't love that???
