Sylvia was very professional and informed about the transaction. I appreciate Sylvia's continued follow-ups through the entire process. Thank you!

My husband and I were lucky to be referred to Mr Layne to assist us in buying a condo in Miami. Mr Lane has been very patient, courteous and ponctual. we were not easy to deal with, we had certain criterias we were looking for in a condo well after seeing many condos with Mr Layne, He found us exactly what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we wanted and at the price we wanted. i would recommend Mr Layne to anyone who is ready to make a purchase i have never found anyone so pleasant, so joyful and easy to speak to in fact my husband and I have become friends with Kirk and his wife. he was very professional
