I highly recommend Ray for buying a house. He responded quickly when we wanted to view a house yet again, getting us scheduled and walking through it with us. He served as our go between during the negotiation process, providing us insight into the current market conditions. Ray continued to be accessible and helpful after our offer was accepted. He guided us through the closing process, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed without missing any deadlines. I don’t want to move again, but will use Ray again if it happens.

Jon and Bill were phenomenal from start to finish. They were extremely thorough, and made the entire process smooth, in what could have been a stressful time for us. The truly cares for their clients and are always working in their best interests. We were able to get under contract in only 3 days! I highly recommend Jon and Bill for any of your real estate needs.

Mary Lou is an absolutely amazing person and realtor. She has helped our family buy 2 homes and sell 1. She goes above and beyond to make the process easy and seamless because she is so knowledgeable about the process, the local market and the real estate industry. Mary Lou started as our realtor but she has grown to become a member of our family. We wouldn’t be able to live and raise our family in our neighborhood and community if it was not for her. We are grateful for Mary Lou and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
