Our house was an older home in the country. She held an open house that was very well attended. The selling process was complicated by the demands of the appraiser but she handled it with ease. She found a contractor to take care of the appraisal requirements. She was efficient and easy to work with. She was always quick to respond and handled all the small problems that cropped up very quickly. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her services.
