Tim went above and beyond as an agent! I cant recommend him enough, especially as someone new to the housing market. He was super patient about answering all my questions and concerns.

McKann made us feel like we were her only clients. She quickly had the comp worksheet put together for us, and was spot on for pricing the house. She handled everything for us, from making the house photo ready to even getting a handyman over to fix a door issue. We had several showings right when the listing was published and went under contract that same weekend. McKann is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The process was so easy and seamless. We highly recommend McKann, and can’t wait to buy/sell with her again!
