Abdullah was a helpful and there for us as we were buying our first house during the government shut down. No one expected the shutdown to be an issue but when the sellers were in the military and couldn’t leave he kept and open flow of communication with both us and the sellers agent so we could all stay as informed as possible.

Corey is a tremendous person to work with. We saw many properties over a span of one month. Some properties were nice and other were not so nice and some were just ridiculously priced. Corey always gave his honest opinion about every property. When working with Corey compared to other agent, we did not feel rushed at all. He gave us enough time and space to figure out if a certain property fits our needs when it comes to functionally, looks and the budget.He has a great personality. We were able to find and close a deal very quickly without a problem. He was always very responsive to our questions no matter what time of day it was.

Martin was very patient and understanding. He took the time to learn my needs and was willing to put up with my changing priorities. He was willing to do both in-person and video showings.
She was very helpful. At times, I was afraid, but she made easy for me to understand
Kevin Kalaghan guided me through my entire buying experience including the contingency I needed on the sale of my current house to protect me as I purchased my new one. I really felt comfortable leaning into his expertise as he laid out manageable steps and set reasonable expectations. Kevin worked simultaneously for my sale and for my purchase: (1) on the sale of my house he set me up for affordable fixes to my current house to maximize my return and worked to get it to market, driving an offer above asking on the first weekend showing, and (2) the hard part of finding my new home that was within my budget, had the features I wanted, and would work with a contingency and timing for the sale of my home. This is where Kevin simply shined for me and will for you too. Let me tell you why. Kevin set me up with links to homes for me to review, but also looked on my behalf with a “Did you see this one? What do you think? Want to go see it?” Weekends and weekdays we went to numerous private showings and open houses. He let me drive the selection process but was always willing to share his POV (neighborhood, placing all my furniture, needed fixes and what was a big or a small fix, value for size, etc.) but always as an opinion, so that ultimately the decision was mine. I’d pick one and we’d make the offer… with a contingency. We did this a lot but Kevin never faltered or flinched and pushed for me. In this endeavor, Kevin is exceptional as he engaged the sellers and realtors and advocated for my offer with contingency. I guess what I want to convey is that Kevin established a RELATIONSHIP with me and also with his colleagues as he worked towards my purchase. This ultimately led to a negotiation for my now “forever” home that likely would never have happened with a transactional approach. Kevin is people oriented, he understands the business, and he puts his clients first. Don’t miss your chance to work with an expert that listens to you and will earn your trust.
