The sale of my home happened very quickly. The market was starting to cool of just a little during the beginning of the process. This added some new challenges to my sale and purchase of my new home. Evelyn always kept her cool. We worked with a very difficult agent for the sale and Evelyn was always right there navigating the entire process. The tiniest details were exacerbated by the other agent and she never lost her professionalism. She is caring, efficient and pays close attention to details. She’s a crackerjack of an agent, I highly recommend giving her a chance to help whether you’re buying or selling.
