In 2020, I had the pleasure of meeting Laurie when I bought my first home on the Cape. Her enthusiasm and commitment were such a comfort, especially when the market was tight and homes were disappearing as soon as they hit the market. My partner and I were living in Connecticut and looking for our retirement home on the Cape. Laurie made sure to ask about what we wanted, and if we couldn’t make it to the open houses, she would either give us a live-stream tour or send us a recorded one. We were outbid a few times and felt a bit down. But Laurie always lifted our spirits, saying, “We’ll find your perfect house. Don’t worry,” and she did it! Life is full of ups and downs, and recently, I needed to sell my condo and get a new place. The first person I thought of was Laurie. I was going through a tough year, and Laurie went beyond being my realtor; she became a friend. Now, I’m living in a lovely home and couldn’t be happier. And I owe it all to Laurie.

When you finally find the property that you have been searching for, you need to be decisive and move at speed. It is crucial to have a knowledgeable and experienced agent. Understanding the market dynamics, Laurie also prepared us for what inevitably occurred. When the house we now own came on the market, we were mentally and emotionally prepared to make an offer in the first 30-minutes of it being on the market. I cannot say enough great things about Laurie. She is truly someone special. Anyone would be lucky to have her represent them.
