Working with Juan was an all-around fantastic experience. We began working together in Fall of 2013 when I thought I was going to sell my house, and he went above and beyond helping me pull things together for what I hoped would be a very quick stage/sell/close process. He also brings an innovative approach to the sales process- he suggested incorporating video into my listing and facilitated the endeavor. From a knowledge and responsive perspective, he's deeply familiar with the JP neighborhood in which I was living, and his understanding of the nuances and ins and outs of my specific building was truly what made it possible for me to sell a condo with multiple complex and unresolved assessments and a law suit going on.
