It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. She spent the time to find the prospective house and then became a resource for all of our questions. She was responsive, thorough and informative. Helped when we were unsure and took the reins when we needed her to. The process was a very easy and I would recommend Dawn Lee to anyone looking to find a home on the Cape; anywhere on the Cape. Dawn knows the Cape, from Bourne to Provincetown. You will not be disappointed!!

My experience working with Crystal couldn't have been better. She knew exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly until she found the right home. Throughout the entire home buying process, Crystal consistently communicated and showed she truly cared. She's extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market and was ahead of every step in the buying process. This was the smoothest and most enjoyable home buying experience I've ever had. Thank you again, Crystal!
