Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). Lana's experience and high energy is acutely focused, making her an extremely efficient agent who is well-connected within this market. To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called Lana on a Friday evening, met with her that very next day (Saturday), and by that following Monday she had her photographer come take photos for the listing which went live on Tuesday. Because Lana knows the area so well, she knew exactly how to market my property and highlight the value of the location so that perspective buyers would take notice. Within 2 hours of listing, I had over 200 views and 4 scheduled showings. Over the next 2 days (Thanksgiving Holiday), I had even more showings scheduled. Because we received so many offers - all well over asking price - I cancelled the open-house and we made a deal before the weekend. When I was looking at having the house professionally cleaned- Lana was right there with a referral to an outstanding contact with great rates who did an amazing job. This was my first home sale, and I didn't have a clue where to start. I am so happy that Lana was my first call. Not only did she do her job, she went above and beyond to guide me thru all my seller responsibilities. I have proactively recommended her to anyone who needs an agent that will get the job done with outstanding results. The numbers don't lie - there is a reason she is showing as #1 in our area!
