Very helpful with the process of purchasing a home.
My agent, Eddie Taje was on hand immediately to answer any concerns, the transition of selling a property I built and owner for 30years was bittersweet but they were there every step of the way. They took care of everything!! Exceptional!!
Nelson knew the market, and was able to get the best offers possible. He had the ability to steer me in the right direction for repairs, clean-up, etc. to make the house look the best. He marketed the house extremely well, and was able to close the sale in less than a month. I highly recommend Nelson and his team!
