Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

We found Gil Diniz purely by chance, and from the first day to the very last and still ongoing, we were extremely pleased and very much satisfied with all that he did for us. He is very, very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying and all that consists of. Both my husband and I learned as we went and found that Gil was always available to us whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small our concern was. We had a bit of difficulty with our first buyer, but Gil's consistent, persistent, patience and expertise, brought forth another buyer for our home which went through very smoothly and quickly. His patience and caring are unending and we would very definitely refer him to anyone who is looking for an Excellent Realtor that they can trust explicitly. Sincerely, Flo and Ray Lachapelle
