He is very, very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying and all that consists of. Both my husband and I learned as we went and found that Gil was always available to us whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small our concern was. We had a bit of difficulty with our first buyer, but Gil's consistent, persistent, patience and expertise, brought forth another buyer for our home which went through very smoothly and quickly.
