We were octogenarians house hunting. Laurie Webster made the house search and closing a comfortable experience for us. She pointed out problems we might have overlooked. Also took videos of basements areas, and homes we were not able view. What seemed daunting became an easy, pleasurable experience because Laurie does her job so well. Laurie-Ann has all the features that make for a great real estate experience including; market knowledge, friendly/helpful/professional service, great communication skills (she always promptly gets back to you if she is unavailable). Also when it was time to go for an offer she produced the comps. to assist on where your offer should be and worked closely to get it over the finish line. Her services continued with lots of assistance through all the steps required to take you all the way to closing.

I was randomly paired with Laurie via Zillow, but it was literally be best match I could have expected! Laurie understood what I was looking for very quickly and even found houses I hadn’t thought about to show me.
