We have known Chris for many years and phoned her when we were ready for a larger home. Working with Chris and her local contacts enabled us to keep and rent our condo and purchase another home. John was very helpful in answering all my questions about putting this home on the real estate market. I had never done anything like this in the past 50 years, so many, many things are different!. He was extremely helpful in getting the house ready to "show" by suggesting various people to do work (i.e. clear room out of basement that shouldn't be there, cleaning and cleaning out!!!) and he also did some of the work himself. I should also state that I live in a different state and this was done via phone many times!!! He was also helpful in explaining the different "bids" that came up in the showing. There was NO pressure on me to do anything and I felt very comfortablele and confident in John. If I had another house to sell I would definitely have John involved!!!!
