There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.

Melissa was absolutely the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I've bought and sold 5 properties and no one can top Melissa. She found contractors and others to get the house in tip-top shape for the sale. She prepared extensive market research on the housing market and came up with a well-thought out asking price. She gathered all the information about the house into an organized binder for potential buyers and peppered us with questions so that she knew as much as we did about the house. All so she could answer any question about the house during showings. The offer we received was beyond our expectations. After we accepted the offer, Melissa kept us informed and guided us through the P&S and final closing. She developed a working relationship with both the buyer and the buyer's realtor so she was able to make sure any issues were resolved quickly and smoothly.
