Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Melanie is very informative and familiar with the real estate market. She guided us through the purchasing process and was in constant contact by email and phone calls. But it doesn’t actually feel this way if MariRose is your realtor, she is so professional but makes you feel like you are family at the same time. She will bring every resource available to her, explain everything over and over if needed, put an extra time for her clients, always answers every question and all that in the friendly manner. As she said herself after the closing, she’s a realtor for life! And even now, months after closing, she’s always there for us, answering our questions and helping with whatever we need to set up our new home. You can have dozens of realtors at your service at any point, but you won’t be able to find another MariRose. If ever we decide to buy another property on the Cape, without even second thought, MariRose would be the first we contact.
