As first time home buyer, We were very luck to have Soraia as our realtor. She was very professional through the entire process from searching our dream house to helping us with all matters from credit aproval to signing papers for closing. Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jason did a wonderful job helping me buy my first home by myself. He is knowledgeable, responsive , on time. It was a pleasure getting to know him and he has also been a great resource should I need any services after the home purchase. He continues to check in on me and see how I am doing. Karen Barney was the second agent we called. When the first didn't respond, we called Karen. Not only did she answer her phone but she also took action on our request immediately. She negotiated and got us the house we wanted! She is responsive, action oriented, competent and professional. You should call her.
