Very responsible, communicates very well, very knowledgeable. Quick response . Would recommend to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim Hanlon Realtor for both the sale of my home in Sandwich and the purchase of my new home in Falmouth on Cape Cod, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. On the selling side, Kim is exceptional. She is on top of every detail—from helping stage my home (even personally bringing items to make it feel especially warm and welcoming), to keeping me organized with all necessary documentation, to executing thoughtful and effective marketing. She is incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions, texts, and calls. Kim is also a straightforward and highly capable negotiator, and she ultimately found the perfect buyers for my home. What stood out most was her level of commitment—on the final day, she was there alongside me, helping get the house cleaned out and ready for the final walkthrough. On the buying side, Kim helped me find what is truly my dream home. She guided me through a logistically challenging process with calm confidence, and her negotiation skills were instrumental in securing a great deal. Once again, she went above and beyond—showing up on closing day to help with items left behind and surprising me with a thoughtful, custom housewarming gift. Kim is steady, reliable, and truly excellent at what she does. I felt supported and well represented every step of the way. I would confidently recommend her to anyone I care about who is buying or selling on Cape Cod.
