He provided excellent recommendations for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys (all of which we used and trusted). We were able to find a home in our desired location range, meeting our must-have qualifications, and well within budget! We cannot recommend working with Bill enough.

We loved working with Michael. His advice was right on point in every instance. For example, when the first sale of out home fell apart, Michael suggested we take it off the market through the holiday season. We did that, and when the home went back on the market in early Spring, it sold in less than two weeks, and at our asking price. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the inspections which went off flawlessly under his stewardship.
