Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. Craig made great suggestions about how to ready the house for sale. He marketed the house and within five days produced an offer above listing price. He anticipated and resolved potential issues related to the sale of the house and closing. He communicated well throughout the listing, sale and closing process.
