As first time homebuyers Susan was incredibly helpful. My fiance and I had a million questions about the entire process and what things are needed to concerned about in the homes we were looking at. Michelle was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. She stuck with us through a very lengthy search and was such a positive influence, keeping us going when we felt frustrated.
