Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).
