If he knows he won't be able to accomplish this, he will walk away, won't list it, and won't waste your time. Corey only steps up to the plate to hit line drives and home runs. If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. I'm telling you right now, give this guy a call and prepare to be "WOW'd"

James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well. He had great recommendations and insights every step of the way and was diligent and patient with all our questions, not to mention navigating an unprecedented selling landscape during Covid.
