Communication was terrific throughout the entire process, we always knew what was going on. We were extremely impressed by the way that she presented the house. James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well.
