Thanks to Janine, we're able to find our new home within 2 months in USA. Without Janine, it would not have been possible. We're French, arrived from France on end of August 2017. We felt quickly comfortable with her and asked Cornerstone (our relocation company) to have her as real estate agent instead of the initial agent allocated to us. Janine speaks French fluently, and understands the French expectations. Since the first time we met, she took the time to explain and really helped us to understand the local market and processes. Craig made great suggestions about how to ready the house for sale. He marketed the house and within five days produced an offer above listing price. He anticipated and resolved potential issues related to the sale of the house and closing. He communicated well throughout the listing, sale and closing process. We have already recommended Craig to a friend who is selling their house.

Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time.
