Tina stood out from the other two realtors we interviewed not only because of her obvious depth of knowledge of our area's housing market, but also because of her well-founded enthusiasm for the 'bones' of our house and because she has a wonderfully positive, energetic 'can do' personality that makes you believe, with her help, you actually might survive the selling process with your house sold, hopefully near or at the asking price.
