I engaged Kim because she was like a family member, plus she was a minority female and I like to work with people from my community and are minority. I believe is supporting black own businesses. I owned my home for about 23 yrs so I do not have mush experience dealing with real estate agent. She did everything she said should do, took some beautiful photos of my home and eventually get it sold. Would I recommend her to some one else, sure.

If you are looking for an agent, look NO FURTHER!! Thomas is such a WONDERFUL agent! He is diligent, hardworking, and very informative. My husband and I are first home-buyers and had no idea what it took to purchase a home. Thomas was very informative, patient, and always kept us up-to-date with the current happenings on purchasing a house. We didn't have to do any of the footwork, Thomas did all the searching for us that fit our needs and desires. He found one house in our price range in a beautiful area and immediately jumped to the opportunity for us. He fought to make us the most viable candidate for the house. There were so many canidates applying for this beautiful home, some who may have seemed more qualified than us, but he did everything in his power to make us the most appealing offer to the sellers.
