I only gave Robin 5 stars because there are no opportunities to give her 10. The selling of my property was complex with multiple owners, complex family dynamics, and a tremendous amount of well-loved belongings and decor that had to be transplanted. Additionally, Robin was able to guide us right through what had to be repaired and updated, while being sensitive to expense. She has the unusual ability to be very punctual, multi task without compromising the quality of her work, and succinctly explain each segment of the selling process. Not only would I highly recommend her, but I would absolutely choose her every time for any real estate transaction I need managed with tremendous expertise and diplomacy! Koodos!

Karen Barney was the second agent we called. When the first didn't respond, we called Karen. Not only did she answer her phone but she also took action on our request immediately. There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.
