Aubrey is an extraordinary agent. We purchased a foreclosure through her at the end of May, she was able to schedule our showings exactly when we needed them and we were able to find and close on our house in less than 4 weeks. She is extremely easy to communicate with, very prompt with her responses, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were looking for a house within an impossible timeframe and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with our choice to choose her as our agent. She is extremely professional, however is still genuine and comfortable to be around. She goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped to ensure that our investment was sound, although that isn't part of her job. You can tell she truly loves her job. One thing that is a particular pet peeve of mine is when an agent is late for an appointment and Aubrey was always on time. During the end of our transaction seller's (VA bank) pushed the closing back by 10 days, after we had already signed settlement papers and thought we were all closed with the exception of being recorded with the county. This was beyond an enormous inconvenience for my family as we were living out of Airbnb's and then had to switch to an extremely over priced hotel room with the 6 of us and 2 pets. The situation was tense and extremely stressful, but Aubrey came to our rescue and allowed us to stay in her parent's winter home in Fayetteville until our closing. She went well above and beyond her duties as an agent. However, she once again pulled though for us and pulled some strings to get us closed and recorded within 48 hrs of our original closing date. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Fayetteville area to purchase a home with, stop reading reviews and call Aubrey. You won't regret it. She is the best at the job!

I highly recommend Amanda Rose to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She not only knowledgeable about the real estate market but extremely hard working!!! She was there to answer any questions I had at anytime during the entire process. Most importantly, she an honest person that only wanted the best for us. She a true professional!!!

I only gave Robin 5 stars because there are no opportunities to give her 10. The selling of my property was complex with multiple owners, complex family dynamics, and a tremendous amount of well-loved belongings and decor that had to be transplanted. Additionally, Robin was able to guide us right through what had to be repaired and updated, while being sensitive to expense. She has the unusual ability to be very punctual, multi task without compromising the quality of her work, and succinctly explain each segment of the selling process. Not only would I highly recommend her, but I would absolutely choose her every time for any real estate transaction I need managed with tremendous expertise and diplomacy! Koodos!
