Richard was excellent!! I am a first time home owner and was quite nervous from the beginning. He walked me through everything and was patient. When I became discouraged, he restored my faith and found me a wonderful home.

Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very diligent and helpful. Quick to find and show properties within my criteria and budget. Checked out a few houses with him spread over more than a year until I found one that fit. Definitely will go with him again.
