Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better.
