I did not need to look further. Ann always responded to every text and phone call immediately. She made a potentially very stressful situation go seamlessly. I never felt like I was a bother no matter how many questions I asked and she was genuinely interested in answering all of my family's questions as well. She is such a kind and patient person. I felt a bond with her from day one. Ann took care of every detail seamlessly. I felt no stress or pressure throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of every possible situation that arose was such a relief to me and my family. I honestly did not know what to expect when I started this process, and had only bought one home 19 years ago. This time was so much better because I was informed at every turn, and information came in the form of a kind, extremely knowledgeable person who never made me feel that any question or concern was too small or unimportant.
