Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.

We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark. Being close to the holidays was a concern to us, however Pat had a feel for the market and he advised us perfectly. The potential buyers were solid. We agreed with the eventual new owner, and we were on our way to closing Pat delivered on what he said. We would work with Pat again.

To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. His experience was invaluable in understanding the property's structural details and potential. As we were beginning to find property that fit my dream location, vision, and budget, Bob guided me through the preparation process of selling my condo. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Bob Starr is someone you want in your corner.

My experience with Corey began back in May 2015, and let me tell you something...Corey didn't become an agent just because of his love & passion for real estate. When he saw how lacking customer service was in real estate, he seized the opportunity to become a one-of-a-kind agent by combining his love & passion for real estate and his highly developed customer service skills. When dealing with Corey, you will quickly learn that he values his reputation FAR more than commission checks. With every listing he takes on, he strives to have it sold for at least market value and below average days on market. If he knows he won't be able to accomplish this, he will walk away, won't list it, and won't waste your time. Corey only steps up to the plate to hit line drives and home runs. If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. I'm telling you right now, give this guy a call and prepare to be "WOW'd"
