Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week. joelle is the agent you want on your side. she will protect your best interests, will not be pushy, but will always be very honest. she is well-respected, due to her connections in the local areas of newton and wellesly, and she understands the market so well. she had our property sold in 1 day (she knows lots of developers too), as ours was a very large lot, and a house that needed lots of work- ideal for a developer. when you meet joelle, you will immediately get a sense of her self confidence, as well as an air sophistication and worldliness. while some agents will flaunt their reputation for high end sales, she is cool, calm and collected. that’s the sign of someone you want on your side.
