Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal.
