Rich worked non-stop to get my family in the right house for us. I don't think a single text or e-mail went unanswered for more than 15 minutes, including on evenings and weekends, and he put together countless home showings on a moment's notice. The best part is that he always seemed legitimately excited to go see a new place with us. The few times we considered making an offer, his presentation of comps was always prompt, thorough, and presented very professionally. When we decided that things didn't line up and it wasn't the right one to offer on, he never seemed like he thought it was wasted effort. I'd call Rich up in an instant if I needed a realtor again (though hopefully not for a while!). In the meantime, I'll throw out a rec to anybody who'll listen.
