When I was looking to buy a home, he found houses that matched my taste and set aside multiple days a week to tour them alongside me. Having him there during the tours was very helpful - he asked questions and pointed out aspects of the property that never would've crossed my mind. When I asked him to help sell the property just a year later, he was a true professional - reliable, responsive, and ready to do whatever it took. Somehow Roy worked his magic and managed to sell my house at a profit despite a slow market. I can't recommend him highly enough.
